Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed.  Once your order is dropped off at USPS, Bohemian Gemme is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you have an issue with your package, your tracking number shows "Delivered" however you did not receive it or you are unable to track your package, please contact USPS for additional support.
